Workspaces

A workspace is a shared library for a team. Everyone in it sees the videos shared to it.

Create a workspace

In your library, click New workspace in the sidebar and give it a name. You're its admin.

Invite people

Open the workspace and click Invite. Enter email addresses, separated by commas. Each person gets an email with a link to join, and only that email address can use it. Admins can also copy an invite link or cancel an invite from the members list.

Share videos to it

On a video's page, open More and choose Share to workspace. It shows up in the workspace's library for everyone in it. To take it back out, choose the same item again (it now names the workspace) and pick Remove.

To keep a video inside the team, set Who can watch to People in the workspace. Members can watch and comment; the link doesn't work for anyone else.

Members

• The member count button lists everyone and pending invites.
• Admins can remove members. Videos those members shared stay.
• Anyone can leave a workspace. A workspace's last admin can't leave it.
